I the undersigned purchased a dishtv zenega CD1004S(VC NO:01501137239)SETTOP BOX and dishtv connection from M/S DTH COMMUNICATIONS STAR COMPLEX, COURT ROAD, THALIPARAMBA,KANNUR, KERALA.ON 11/05/06.Unfortunately the service provider upgraded my reciever software without any notice.Today sixth sep:06,i have contacted bye over phone their distributor.however they refused to register my complaint regarding the same.
It is also inform you that the service provider illegally disconnected againest the user manual page no 10,12,13,14,18,37,38 issued by them.in their advertisement shows the product is BIS quality but i could’t believe the product is a BIS quality. in these circumstances i may humbly request you to please take necessary action againest DISHTV,ASC ENTERPRISES,ESSEL HOUSE,DELHI 110035 (PH:01202445665,FAX 01202511181)to reinstate my digital reciever at the earliest.
