Buying a dish is a one time process

Buying a dish is a one time process. The strength of
the company lies in the after sale service/ support.
My recent experience with Dish TV shows that the after
sales support of Dish TV is pathetic and deplorable.
We recently moved from Delhi to Noida. The Dish TV had
to be reinstalled. It took them 5 days to visit our
premises for re-installation and we paid them Rs.
350/-. Barely two days later, we stopped getting the
signal.
I registered another complaint and was told that I
would have to pay them Rs.150/- again, for no fault of
mine, as the dish would have be realigned. The request
No. 6055522 was generated on 25.3.2007. Was promised
that the complaint would be attended with 24-48 hours.
Till today i.e 30.3.2007 no one has turned up. I have
been calling up at their customer care numbers every
day, but to no avail. Moreover it is nearly impossible to reach customer care. Missed all matches of the world
cup.
The service is deplorable, pathetic and disgusting.
Customer should not fall for the free
subscription,being offered . Please ask the service
provider about the down time response. Don’t go for DISH Tv
