smart card

I,m in saudi arabia (’Abha’ Southern Region), since long time iam not able to install
“dishtv of india” which is on (NSS 6 95°E), i used KU Band .3 db DANSAT LNB,2.4 Meter Dish,
2 STB (Dishtv STB,HUMAX STB) but no use always i get status 0% signal strength, where as
ASIASAT 3S (105.5°E) (SAHARA CHANNEL) workS fine with same dish, humax stb and C band LNB,,,
I changed even lnb and tried but no use, i wonder (Conax,Mediaguard) Video Encryption needs
special dish or what….
Please,, Please help me out because i lost till date three month, i have only three months
more on my smart card,,
