I have DISHTV here in Dubai

I have DISHTV here in Dubai..But recently some of the channels like StarTV and Star Gold have gone….i tried to contact the guy who gave me this ..he said that i will come …..but till date these channels did not came……………its giving me creeps ..Can U help?????
