Zee Tv’s Dish STB

I am in Chennai, India. I bought Zee Tv’s Dish STB around 6 months back and I am getting a very poor service from them. I was told at the time of buying that the bill will reach my home directly from Zee TV office and till now I haven’t received any inspite of several follow-ups. Moreover if we approach them for any query, they just give a ticket no. and simpy forgets. When we call them again for follow-up their staff says that the ticket is closed and if we insisits then they re-open the ticket but again the same result. Very Poor Customer Service.
