TataSky does not include

I have not been able to make out why TataSky does not include S B I and ICICI banks in their list of Banks to facilitate payment of subscription. Several other organizations like BSNL and MSEB accept payments through Bank Accounts through Net-banking, TataSky wants only a Credit card or Debit card Account. And even there, S B I and ICICI are not included.

Also to register with My TatSky, a mobile number is essential. I do not use mobile. Why can't the land-line number be adequate for registering at TataSky?
