Sun Direct Dish

Dear Sir,
We have installed this Sun Direct Dish in our house t Bangalore in mid Sept 2008. That too we had to remind the concerned persons many times before they installed it. It worked for a few days and it was good- really good. But after that every two or three days there is a problem. It stops working and the red light keeps glowing on the Set top Box. We cotact the authorised Sun Direct Service Provider at Indiranagat, Bangalore (No 5650) who promise to send immediately but take their own time - sometimes two days and that too after reminding them several times on the telephone. I thin we have been given an unserviceable Set Top Box. Can this be resolved so that my family can view the channels without disturbance. Thanking you,
