COMPLAINT KARE OR TATA SKY BAND KARVAYE
It is to write with great disappointment that TATA SKY
service is not good. As I wrote Tata Sky many time
regarding poor quality of pictures of Zee channels.
But I didnt get any satisfactory response from Tata Sky. After many complaints result is that My tata Sky is switched and said if
you will not have Tata Sky than you will not
have any complain regarding this type otherwise your tata sky will be switched off.
Morel:-So if you have tata sky please dont complaint this type. Nahi to Tata sky band ho jaye ga kayo ki tata sky wale complaint solve nahi karte sirf band kar date hai.
So be very carefull if you purchasing tata sky.

I too bought Tata Sky Production from one of distributor in Faridabad and made the payment that includes the cost of Digicomp, installation charges and subscription for 3 months. Initially 13 days were offered as trial days and 14th day the dealer was supposed to charge the coupon which he forgot and my services of TATA SKY were de-activated. On regular follow-up with dealer he could arrange a voucher of Rs. 550/- after 12 hours from my complaint and charged it with an assurance that it will be activated in next 2 hours. I kept on ringing the customer care center in Chandigarh and this dealer till 2.00am on that night finally the account was activated at 8.00am next day.

Surprisingly, even the customer care executive, sales manager or distributor- nobody is aware the process and timing for that process.

I requested the customer care center to activate my account on temporary basis since I made all payment to the dealer but they could not do it.

I would like to know from the management (1) as to WHY THE ACCOUNT CAN NOT BE ACTIVATED TEMPORARY' if this type of instances happen and (2) why the services of Free to Air channels are barred.

up to the Management level no one is clear about their responsibilities and authorities as to who should take this initiative so that someone should give instructions that the services should be resumed temporarily may be for 48 hours and message should be flashed that 'IF YOU DO NOT CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT IN NEXT 24 HOURS YOUR SERVICES WILL BE DEACTIVATED".

My experience with Tata Sky has also been very bad. I purchased Tata Sky set in Oct 2006 from a dealer in Noida. My Subscriber ID is 1000116089. Installation took place after many reminders. After 2 months, Remote Controller of the Set Top box stopped functioning. I registered complaint with Tata Sky Call Centre on 8th January, 2007 vide Complaint No. 1-20491789. I was told that within 24 hours an executive will give me a call and attend the problem. However, till date (26th January, 2007) nobody from Tata Sky has cared to solve the problem and replace the faulty remote. Since 8th Jan, 07 I have called them atleast a dozen times, and beleive me, every time you call their so called tall free no. ( 19014256633) & other STD No. (0172-66006633) they put you through a harrowing experience. Every time they made me hold up the line for at least 15 minutes. At the end, they would give the same hollow assurance that a new remote would be sent next day and till today it has not come. I feel harassed & cheated by Tata Sky. I have not watched TV for last 20 days. My old cable guy was far far better in rendering the service. My request to Tata Sky is to refund me the complete money and compensate me for the harrowing and sad experience that they have put me through. My advice to other citizens, who want to take a DTH connection, is not to beleive Tata Sky and stay away from it.
