Hi Sanjeev.
You can do this manually. Keep moving the dish & keep someone to check the strength near TV. You can see the signal strength from the installation menu. Even if you get 70%+ signal strength, it’s sufficient. Hope this gets the problem sorted out. Though this is the duty of dishtv, there is no point in waiting for them so long. If they again demand money from you,take them to consumer court. Just by making tis point, I’m sure the problem will get sorted out.
