Star Channels and Sony PIX, V India and Disney channels

I had the same problem in kuwait. The Star Channels and Sony PIX, V India and Disney channels were not coming..
I just reported it to customer care with my VC Number and after 4 hours I received the reply saying that the Card has been refreshed and I should receive all the channels and !!! Boooooooooommmmmmm…..!!!! I checked and I was able to receive all the missing channels…
I was really impressed with the promptness and action by the customer care. Moreover, Maybe u r hesitant that u ar ein dubai and not to contact Customer care but beleive me, they know where all the DishTV is going the they dont bother about it till your subscription is paid…
