Very very worst ever customer service by Sun Direct. When tata and dish are doing good in customer service i think i made a mistake in buying the Sun direct. 0 response and they dont care about customers.
I’m using Dish tv for the past 2 years.. Tata sky is nothing before Dish tv.. The minimum monthly pay in TS is 200. But it is only 150 in Dish tv and it gives more number of channels.. Adding more channels in Dish tv will make more customers to it….

Gave up after five months. I have sent my Dish TV receiver back to India, hoping to get a refund. No technician could come forward and confirm NSS6 signal in Riyadh. New subscribers go for TATA Sky.

Of all DTH services available, SUN DTH( SUN DIRECT) is superb and we have to wait for some time to get all the benefits of this DTH. The Maran brothers are so business minded and they are for customer service.

I’ve been using Dish TV for the past two years and till now I’ve not faced any problem. Just send payment thru SMS using ITZ card & forget….automatically you will sen in my info it updated. GREAT. The channels which Tata is showing are less viewed mostly channels are of no use. Where as if you see Dish TV new channel is launched ZEE next. This you cannot find in TATA. Dish TV controls TATA’s sale basicaly. As dish & Zee belongs to Essels Group. It only appears that TATA sky’s more viewed because they advertise more.So, TATA Sky customers you will realise after few months that you’ve taken wrong decision.

I appreciating your steps. But we did not find the most popular tv “VIJAY TV” in your package. Many programmes in Vijaya TV is good/excellent. The missing challans are Sports (Espn, Star, Ten sports).
Yes, Sun network has done a gr8 job in bringing the set top box accessible to all subscribers as compared to other networks.The initial package is ok. But I am equally concerned about the sports and news channels which i expect them to be covered by a comprehensive package. I hope they are working on it. Soon I would like to hear from them.

From 1st of dec. 2007, sun tv & sun news transmission through DD direct+ (DTH) stopped. Let me know if transferred to any other facility. Let me know how to get the transmission again.

But now I have instal a Tata Sky STB. After installation now I am feeling that Dish Tv is much Better than Tata Sky. I feel only Tata Sky gives picture quality not more pay channels and FTA challes. But Dish Tv provides both a lot of channel and FTA channels also. Dish Tv always provides more and more music and intertainment channels. But Tata Sky have not more Music Channels such as Enrerr10, Zee Music, ETC, b4u, Play Tv. I think It is the negative point of the Tata Sky, I am not satisfied with the Tata Sky, I think have lost my money. I suggest Tata Sky sholud have more music channels. If you want to buy a DTH I suggest to you that Dish Tv is a better option for all of you.
