Kay Dee Audiovision

Dear Sir,
1. Three STB’s wera purchased by me on 12 July,07. Bills are forwarded as attachment 1 & 2. Before the expiry of the one year warranty, I approached customer Care on tele-4443474 for AMC for a period for one year w.e.f. 12 July’08. They promised to send their AMC Franchise to me . One Mr Anuj from Kay Dee Audiovision visited me on 04 July’08 and said that he had come for the AMC contract as requested by me.
2. The AMC receipt is sent as attachment three. The purchase bill was shown to Mr Anuj and he was asked to enter the duration of the AMC to commence after expiry of the warranty period i.e. with effect from 12 July’08 to 12 July ‘09. He said ,they had the details and had no authority to write the duration of the contract period on the receipt.He only wrote the concerned STB numbers. Since all reference to Dish connections is through their Viewing Cards, I asked him to enter the VC numbers on the bill, which he did after great thought. The receipt does not bear the logo of Dish TV.However, I took a chance and paid Rs 1200/- for AMC of the three STB’s.For any problem, Mr Anuj had told me to ring up the tele numbers given on the receipt and their technician would come for assistance. There was no requirement, he said ,to approach the Customer Care of Dish TV for maintenance since I have now taken THE AMC.
3. On 16 July’08, I had a problem with my TV Set with viewing card number 01504532267 ( certains channels were showing error as No signal found). I rung at tele number as gven on the AMC receipt at 1030 hours onwards. There was no response till 1115 hours when one Mrs Sharma told me that their office opens at 1100 hours only & secondly, she gave another contact number -9958992033, for my problem. She also said that the person on that mobile number will do the needful and I need not ring her up again. I informed her the AMC receipt mentioned the numbers that I had rung. She was extremely rude & shouted on the telephone ‘to ring the contact number given by her or get lost’ or words to that effect. I told her not to be rude and note my complaint. Mrs Sharma declined and banged the tele.
4. With no alternative, left I dialled mob -9958992033. One Mr Hemant answered. On being told the problem, he directed me to register my complaint with Customer Care (C C). I rung C C and spoke to Mr Sumeet who registered my complaint but gave no reference number. Later I again spoke to Mr Hemant who agreed to send the technician. Mr Ahmed,the technician, came at 1600 hours on 16 July’08. He examined the problem and said that it was an aligmment problem which he would attend at 1100 hours on 17 July’08. Since he did not come till 1 P.M., I rang on tele 9958992033 when one Mr Tej Narian answered. He was not aware of my complaint and was about to give me another contact number. I thought enough was enough . I have been duped of Rs 1200/- by a person carrying receipt book of Kay Dee Audiovisions Pvt Ltd.
5. You are kindly requested to confirm that the said company are your Franchise or Not. If they are not then A Police Complaint should be lodged by you. And ,if they are, then they have no right to insult the customers of Dish TV and told to go about their job earnestly. Kindly let me know the status of my AMC and direct the people who are responsible to attend to my complaint, if the AMC receipt is genuine.
6. This complaint comes on the heels of another complaint regarding validity of the renewal period, which has still NOT been resolved.
7. From the above one thing is evident that the Franchise of Dish TV for various jobs is being given to people without expertise, infrastructure or basic management skills. I hope some body WHO REALLY CARES IN THE CUSTOMER CARE looks into my complaints which have been backed with all documents.I do not expect a stock reply to my query!
8. AN EARLY ACTION IS REQUESTED.

Rajdeep Sardesai's Hindi Channel has no money to give away to TATA Sky for instant visibility to their 2 million subscriber base.

While a former milk seller in Delhi and builders in Andhra Pradesh have some extra bucks to get on to TATA Sky instantly with their News Channels.
