they are charging more than one show on there tariff plan

hi ,
i would like to tell you guys one more thing about tataindicom broadband . that is they are charging more than one show on there tariff plan.
according to there customer & website if one make call to usa (america) under Standard rate plan ,charges are like :-
USA 1.99
USA-Alaska 3.99
USA-Hawaii 3.49
USA-VirginIslands 5.99
that means if you are calling in centarl america like newyork it will be 1.99

were as, they are charging 2.99 , as they have charge me 2.99 per minute when i called my family people in newyork
Have called them number of time but no proper answer is given by anyone
Any how i sick & tired of complainting … its the alert to all the friends those are using tata net telephoney

Buying a dish is a one time process. The strength of
the company lies in the after sale service/ support.
My recent experience with Dish TV shows that the after
sales support of Dish TV is pathetic and deplorable.
We recently moved from Delhi to Noida. The Dish TV had
to be reinstalled. It took them 5 days to visit our
premises for re-installation and we paid them Rs.
350/-. Barely two days later, we stopped getting the
signal.
I registered another complaint and was told that I
would have to pay them Rs.150/- again, for no fault of
mine, as the dish would have be realigned. The request
No. 6055522 was generated on 25.3.2007. Was promised
that the complaint would be attended with 24-48 hours.
Till today i.e 30.3.2007 no one has turned up. I have
been calling up at their customer care numbers every
day, but to no avail. Moreover it is nearly impossible to reach customer care. Missed all matches of the world
cup.
The service is deplorable, pathetic and disgusting.
Customer should not fall for the free
subscription,being offered . Please ask the service
provider about the down time response. Don’t go for DISH Tv

Hi,
If you are going to purchase tata sky please leave your plan ang go for other option. They increase charge frequently. I have purchased tata sky in Rs 4500. They said that they will charge 200 per month. But after three month they have increased their rates by 300. Now I have already invested 4500 for instrument of tata sky. So “ain to usko le kar phans gaya yaar”. If you will take cable connection you can watch extra movie which deliverd by your cable operator. But in tata sky if you want to watch a movie you will have to pay Rs 75 per movie which is so costly.

“dishtv of india” which is on (NSS 6 95°E), i used KU Band .3 db DANSAT LNB,2.4 Meter Dish,
2 STB (Dishtv STB,HUMAX STB) but no use always i get status 0% signal strength, where as
ASIASAT 3S (105.5°E) (SAHARA CHANNEL) workS fine with same dish, humax stb and C band LNB,,,
I changed even lnb and tried but no use, i wonder (Conax,Mediaguard) Video Encryption needs
special dish or what….
Please,, Please help me out because i lost till date three month, i have only three months
more on my smart card,,
